Shipping and Return FAQs

I just placed my CRx Skin order. When will i receive it ?

Processing for a CRx order is from 4-8 business days

You will receive a email from us once your package is ready to be shipped

From that point please allow 3-4 business days for your tracking number to show accurate updates

Can I get a refund on my order?

If there is an issue we deem responsible for, we will issue a full refund minus the shipping fee

Please allow 7-14 business days once your refund has been approved to see the funds in your account 

We cannot approve any refunds for items purchased with gift cards or discounted items 

* Business days include Monday-Saturday, excludes holidays 

** Please be sure to put "APT # when placing orders. If its still within 72 hours of placing order and you noticed you have not please send us an email with order # and correct FULL address 

I used a coupon code, will that effect my processing time? 

Due to the flux of orders your processing time could be 4-10 business days 

Have another question that isn't listed? 

I chose priority shipping. Does that mean my processing time will be shorter?

Priority shipping processing times are from 3-6 business days 

Once your items have been dropped off your shipping speed will be applied by mail carrier 

My product arrived broken. What can I do?

All CRx products are packed and handled with care; therefore CRx is not responsible for any mishandling of products by shipping carrier.

If a product arrives broken you must contact your local UPS and file a compliant with them using your tracking number. All shipments have between a $100-150 insurance 

**Same goes for if you haven't received your package after CRx staff has indicated it has been dropped off to mail carrier.
